Greg Schwartz has 20 years of experience as both a trial lawyer and as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company. He has litigated claims in state and federal courts, tried cases to juries, judges and arbitrators, argued appeals, handled administrative agency proceedings throughout the country, and resolved disputes at every stage of litigation. Greg also has advised companies across the gamut of employment law issues, providing on-call support to all levels of managers, crafting corporate policies and agreements, and conducting and overseeing investigations and trainings.

Greg is admitted to practice in California and Washington and has deep expertise in individual employment rights, wage and hour laws, and class action litigation. In addition to his expertise in employment law, Greg has litigated claims and advised across a broad range of other legal areas, including: business and contract disputes, transactional agreements, intellectual property, insurance coverage, personal injury, and real estate and construction disputes.

Over the course of his career, Greg has represented many different kinds of clients, from large to small companies, cutting edge to traditional businesses, employers to employees, and police officers to inmates. And he has litigated and advised in a wide variety of contexts on many different kinds of substantive legal issues. This broad experience gives him an ability to understand and effectively advocate the perspective and goals unique to each client.

In mid-2017, Greg was fortunate enough to take a long dreamed of, mid-career sabbatical. He and his wife paused their respective careers, pulled their kids out of school, and traveled the world for a year plus of experiential learning and cultural adventure. The experience was transformative, and he returned committed to reshaping the way he works and lives. Looking back over his varied career and experiences, Greg realized that his best and most rewarding work has always come through the most direct service, when he can listen very carefully to what his clients really need and find creative ways to achieve those goals. He formed this firm so he could provide legal services guided by these principles. While no lawyer is unique, it is this combination of careful listening and strategic thinking that helps set Greg apart. It’s all about service and solutions that fit your goals.
